Enameled Copper Wire Bending Equipment
Designed for high-efficiency production, this advanced equipment features a rotary turret structure and integrates bending, coiling, and enamel stripping functions. It ensures exceptional precision with a feeding accuracy of ±0.1mm, supports simultaneous 4-in-1 processes, and enables seamless 100% production traceability via MES and cloud integration. Rotary Turret Structure The equipment adopts a rotary turret structure: 3D products are formed by turret rotation while the wire remains stationary, greatly improving production stability. Integrated Bending & Coiling It integrates Bending and coiling functions, and is equipped with dedicated tooling for enameled wire, enabling fast and convenient bending while reducing surface crush damage to products. Enamel Stripping Mechanism The independently controlled enamel stripping mechanism allows free adjustment of stripping depth and length. Waste Extraction The machine is fitted with an automatic waste extraction system and a scrap collection box. 4-in-1 Synchronous Processes Straightening, enamel removal, dust extraction and 3D bending (completed by the rotary turret) can be carried out simultaneously. Quick Changeover For product changeover, only the cutting die and stamping die need to be replaced, and the stamping die is equipped with a built-in positioning and clamping device. Dual-Head Material Rack The machine comes with a dual-head material rack with a 1,000kg load capacity per side, allowing operators to load material on the other end during normal production to save time. Designed for efficient processing of copper and aluminum busbars, this advanced machine features a caterpillar-track feeding mechanism and supports flat, edgewise, and twist bending, along with punching and chamfering. It allows a single operator to handle up to 300mm² materials, offering exceptional precision with a feeding accuracy of ±0.1mm and seamless MES cloud integration for 100% data traceability. Caterpillar-Track Feeding The feeding mechanism closely fits the insulation surface of copper and aluminum busbars to increase adhesion and ensure feeding precision. No feed roller replacement is needed when switching specifications. Multi-Functional Processing The standard configuration supports flat bending, edgewise bending, twist bending, punching, chamfering and heating functions, as well as dual-coil bending to achieve bending with various radii. Auxiliary Feeding Equipped with an auxiliary feeding mechanism, a single operator can complete installation and commissioning of 300mm² busbar material. Easy Operation The system is easy to operate: through manual programming, product shapes can be quickly adjusted, shortening the tooling trial cycle.
