CNC Wire Bending Machines
3D bending is completed by rotating the bending head, while the wire only moves forward and backward without rotation, ensuring excellent bending stability. It features a spacious bending area and supports the production of multi-angle workpieces with complex geometries. The straightening structure is equipped with calibrated scales; scale values can be recorded for quick and convenient adjustment when switching between different wire specifications. Multi-axis linkage control delivers high bending precision and excellent flexibility, enabling accurate bending of complex curved profiles. Modular die design adapts to bending requirements of various wire diameters (Φ2.0mm–16mm) and materials such as stainless steel, copper and aluminum wire. Compared with the 5-axis rotary head model, the 6-axis version is fitted with an additional inner mandrel, which supports bending with different radii and realizes multi-radius bending and cutting for better bending quality. It supports integration with customer MES systems and cloud sharing of process data, achieving 100% traceability of production data. Enameled Copper Wire Bending Equipment
The equipment adopts a rotary turret structure: 3D products are formed by turret rotation while the wire remains stationary, greatly improving production stability. It integrates Bending and coiling functions, and is equipped with dedicated tooling for enameled wire, enabling fast and convenient bending while reducing surface crush damage to products. The independently controlled enamel stripping mechanism allows free adjustment of stripping depth and length. EV Copper & Aluminum Busbar Bending Machine
The feeding mechanism adopts a caterpillar-track structure, which closely fits the insulation surface of copper and aluminum busbars to increase adhesion and ensure feeding precision. No feed roller replacement is needed when switching specifications, only stroke adjustment is required. The standard configuration supports flat bending, edgewise bending, twist bending, punching, chamfering and heating functions, as well as dual-coil bending to achieve bending with various radii. Equipped with an auxiliary feeding mechanism, a single operator can complete installation and commissioning of 300mm² busbar material. The system is easy to operate: through manual programming, product shapes can be quickly adjusted, shortening the tooling trial cycle.
