Designed for pre-cut copper & aluminum busbars (straight bars, rigid short/long strips) — replacing conventional manual bending and simple stamping processes. Ideal for electrical cabinets, HV/LV switchgear, energy storage systems, and industrial control conductive busbars. Capable of L-shape, U-shape, Z-shape, height offset, and multi-angle compound bending while maintaining high precision, efficiency, and surface protection.
The system features advanced servo‑numeric control with dedicated springback compensation algorithms for copper and aluminum. It ensures zero surface scratches, batch yield ≥99%, and supports both semi‑automatic and fully automated production configurations.
Precision Loading & Positioning
Supports pre-cut bars (thickness 1–12mm, width 10–60mm) with adjustable end stops and self-centering side guides. Eliminates bending deviation and dimension errors.
Servo CNC Bending Core
Multi‑axis servo control for in‑plane, vertical, and multi‑step bends. Dedicated springback compensation, anti‑marking tooling, and touchscreen HMI with program storage.
Auxiliary & Safety Systems
Integrated anti‑springback straightening, full guarding + light curtain, quick die change. Optional punching, chamfering, and deburring pre‑process.
Flexible Output Options
