The BL-TP-30-5E is a 12-axis TP Series special wire bending machine developed for precision processing of flat wire, special-profile conductors, and compact electrical components used in EV busbar systems and industrial electrical equipment. Supporting wire widths from 2.0–5.0mm and thicknesses from 5.0–30.0mm, it integrates crawler feeding, CNC bending, rotating, shearing, and multi-axis forming into one efficient production process. Powered by a 25.7KW servo system and supported by a robust 3800KG machine frame, it provides stable, high-precision production for electrical hardware, automotive components, and precision special wire applications.
