13-axis full servo control for high-precision complex forming
Equipped with a 13-axis servo system and a total power of 58.7kW, integrating feeding, turning, dual curling, eight arm motors, and servo shearing. Multi-axis coordination enables complex processes such as bending, curling, and shearing in one cycle, reducing positioning errors from secondary clamping and delivering high precision for demanding busbar forming applications.
Key components from Taiwan with high structural rigidity
Critical components including Sanyo servo motors, Taicheng reducers, and the Yitu computer control system are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring long-term operational stability. The base is made of A3 steel (produced in Guangdong, China). With a total machine weight of 6.8 tons, the structure offers excellent rigidity, low vibration during processing, and consistent accuracy under heavy-duty conditions.
