Enameled Copper Wire Bending & Laser Stripping System
Solution Overview
This is an integrated linear production line for enameled copper wire laser stripping and 3D bending. It adopts laser ablation to replace traditional mechanical scraping, removing insulation in a non-contact manner with zero stress and scratches on the copper substrate, ideal for precision conductive connectors with high surface quality requirements.
The line features a compact linear layout, integrating full processes: coil loading, multi-roller straightening, servo feeding, laser stripping, bending forming and fixed-length cutting. Full servo CNC linkage control enables die-free changeover, balancing processing precision and production efficiency.
Active Unwinding & Straightening
Servo active unwinder with 1–300kg load capacity, equipped with tension buffer to prevent wire tangling. Multi-roller staggered straightening with 12–20 rollers, straightness ≤1.0mm/500mm, eliminating curling internal stress.
Non-Contact Laser Stripping
Laser ablation replaces mechanical scraping for non-contact insulation removal, ensuring stress-free and scratch-free copper substrate. With dust extraction system and in-line positioning, it meets high surface quality requirements of precision conductive parts.
Servo Linked Feeding Unit
Multi-set servo pinch rollers drive feeding with accuracy ±0.1mm/300mm and max speed 50m/min. Feeding axis links with laser stripping and bending stations to precisely control stripping position and length.
3D Bending Forming Machine
Multi-axis servo rotary bending structure with 340° turntable rotation, supporting in-plane, 3D and twist bending for complex 3D forming. Fully programmable control enables product changeover without die replacement.
Precision Fixed-Length Cutting
Servo shearing process delivers burr-free smooth cut ends with length accuracy ±0.2mm. Supports two unloading modes: automatic sliding and robotic palletizing to meet different production needs.
Modular Expandable Configuration
Compact linear layout with footprint of approx. 4.5m × 2.0m. Optional pre-processes: in-line wire diameter detection, surface defect inspection; optional post-processes: visual dimension inspection, withstand voltage test.
