Active Pay-off & Multi-Roller Straightening
Servo active pay-off rack handles loads from 1–300kg, equipped with tension buffering to prevent coil tangling. 12–20 sets of staggered rollers eliminate internal curvature stress, ensuring a final straightness of ≤1.0mm/500mm for both round and flat wires.
Synchronized Servo Feeding
Multi-group servo traction rollers feed wire with an exceptional accuracy of ±0.1mm/300mm at speeds up to 50m/min. The feeding axis is perfectly synchronized with the laser stripping and bending modules to strictly control the exact position and length of the stripped sections.
Multi-Axis 3D Bending Forming
Immediately following stripping, the wire enters a multi-axis servo rotary bending mechanism capable of 340° rotation. It seamlessly supports flat bends, spatial 3D bends, and complex twists. Fully programmed control means no mold changes are required when switching product geometries on the same wire diameter.
Precision Cutting & Inspection (Optional)
Servo shearing provides a flat, burr-free cut with a length accuracy of ±0.2mm. Finished parts automatically slide down or are handled by robotic arms. The system supports integration with optional pre-line wire diameter/defect vision checks and post-line 3D dimensional and high-voltage insulation tests for absolute quality assurance.
