This arm rod Bending machine is a multi-functional fully automatic Bending machine that completes coil feeding, bending, logo embossing, punching and notching (tooth pressing) in one single process. For product changeover, only the cutting die and stamping die need to be replaced, and the stamping die is equipped with a built-in positioning and clamping device. The machine comes with a dual-head material rack with a 1,000kg load capacity per side, allowing operators to load material on the other end during normal production to save production time. With the built-in auxiliary feeding mechanism, material loading can be completed by a single operator. The cutting module has a pre-compression function to prevent burrs and ensure flat cut edges. For bending, it adopts synchronous internal and external rotation technology, realizing side bending, vertical bending and twist bending, which solves the limitation of traditional spring machines. The straightening structure has calibrated scales, which can be recorded for easy adjustment of different specifications. It supports integration with customer MES systems and cloud sharing of process data, with 100% production data traceability. The wire feeding system with compensation function achieves a feeding accuracy of ±0.1mm over 300mm and a bending angle accuracy of 90°±0.2°. 1000KG Per Side Load
