Solution Overview
This is a comprehensive CNC bending solution for general metal wire forming. It covers 2D, 3D and special-shaped bending of steel wire and iron wire, widely applied to auto parts, garden tools, kitchen & bathroom hardware, shelf hooks, construction hardware and other industries, supporting flexible production from thin craft wire to thick industrial components.
The machine adopts a linear layout, integrating full processes: coil loading, multi-roller straightening, servo feeding, multi-axis bending and fixed-length cutting. Three configurations are available: rotary head, rotary wire and double-head type. Full CNC programming enables quick changeover, balancing flexibility for small-batch multi-variety production and mass production efficiency.
Active Unwinding & Straightening
Supports servo active unwinding and passive pulling with 500–1000kg load capacity. 24 sets of profiling straightening rollers with XY bi-directional staggered rolling, compatible with round, flat and profiled wire, straightness ≤1.0–2.0mm/500mm.
Servo Synchronous Feeding
3–4 sets of servo feeding rollers driven synchronously, compatible with φ2.5–φ16.0mm wire diameter. Roller gap is quickly adjustable via screw rod to adapt to different wire specifications with stable feeding accuracy.
Three Machine Configurations
Rotary head for complex profiled parts, rotary wire for large 3D frames, double-head for one-step forming of 1.0–3.6m long bars. Optional modules include punching, chamfering, notching and welding.
Versatile Bending Capability
Supports U-shape, W-shape, snake shape, 3D spatial bending and various special-shaped wire forming, covering in-plane bending, spatial bending and multi-circle continuous bending for diversified industrial demands.
Precision Fixed-Length Cutting
Servo shearing process delivers flat and deformation-free cut ends with length accuracy ±0.2mm. Control system supports bilingual interface, program storage and remote maintenance, changeover via program recall and fine-tuning.
Flexible Mass Production
One machine handles multiple wire types and industries. Full CNC programming fits multi-variety small-batch production. Single machine completes full process, one operator manages multiple units for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
