Active Pay-off & Multi-Roller Straightening
Servo-driven active pay-off racks (200–500kg capacity) support dual-station continuous feeding. 16–24 sets of staggered rollers achieve precise X/Y bi-directional straightening for both round and flat wires, ensuring a straightness of ≤1.0mm/500mm.
Servo Feeding & On-the-Fly Laser Stripping
Multi-group servo rollers pull wire at speeds up to 50m/min. The feeding axis synchronizes flawlessly with a CO&sub2; or fiber laser equipped with scanning galvanometers. The laser ablates the insulation precisely without damaging the copper, backed by a fully enclosed optical housing and smoke extraction system.
Precision Cutting
Servo shearing or die stamping ensures a completely flat, burr-free cut. Length accuracy is strictly maintained at ±0.2mm.
Robotic Discharging & Smart Palletizing
The same 6-axis robot extracts the finished component from the bending host and accurately places it onto trays or an outbound conveyor. This station can optionally be paired with 3D vision guidance for ultra-precise palletizing and integrated quality inspection.
