Pay-off & Multi-Roller Straightening
Features a servo active or passive pay-off rack (1–300kg capacity) with a tension buffer to prevent wire slack. Uses 12–20 staggered rollers to eliminate curvature memory, achieving a straightness of ≤1.0mm/500mm for both round (φ1.0–5.0mm) and flat (up to 20mm²) enameled copper wires.
Synchronized Servo Traction & Feeding
Two pairs of servo pinch rollers control wire feeding with an accuracy of ±0.1mm per 100mm. The feeding axis is perfectly synchronized with the stripping and bending modules to strictly execute programmed stripping positions and lengths.
Multi-Axis 3D Bending Forming
The wire seamlessly enters the multi-axis servo rotary bender. The rotary head rotates from 0 to 340°, executing both 2D flat bends and 3D spatial bends with an angle accuracy of ±0.2°, ideal for complex electrical components.
Servo Cutting & Auto Discharging
Servo punching or pneumatic cutting provides a clean, flat cut with a length accuracy of ±0.2mm, ensuring no tearing of the adjacent enamel film. Finished products automatically drop into a collection bin or are stacked via a simple gripping mechanism.

Raw enameled coils are processed directly into finished bent parts, eliminating the need for pre-cutting, offline stripping, and intermediate manual handling.
