Enameled copper wire bending + physical enamel stripping
Solution Overview
This is an integrated linear production line for enameled copper wire mechanical stripping and bending. It completes designated-section stripping and forming in-line from full coil input, with no manual transfer required. The physical stripping process uses no chemical agents, being eco-friendly and suitable for profiled conductive connectors with mid-section stripping needs.
The line integrates full processes: unwinding, straightening, fixed-length traction, physical stripping, bending forming and cutting. With full servo axis linkage control and quick changeover, it achieves 3–4s cycle for simple parts, and one operator can manage multiple units, balancing precision and mass production efficiency.
Active Unwinding & Straightening
Supports servo active unwinding and passive pulling with 1–300kg load capacity, equipped with tension buffer to prevent wire tangling. Multi-roller staggered straightening with 12–20 rollers, straightness ≤1.0mm/500mm, eliminating curling internal stress.
Mechanical Stripping Unit
Core process module with two stripping modes: rotary blade for round wire circumferential stripping and flat blade clamping for flat wire. Servo-controlled stripping position & length with ±0.5mm accuracy. Fully enclosed hood with negative pressure dust extraction collects enamel debris.
Servo Linked Feeding Traction
Dual servo pinch rollers control wire feeding with accuracy ±0.1mm/100mm. Feeding axis links with stripping and bending stations throughout the process, precisely controlling stripping section and bending position via program for full automation.
3D Bending Forming Machine
Multi-axis servo rotary bending structure with 0–340° turntable rotation, supporting 2D in-plane bending, 3D spatial bending and twist bending. Bending angle accuracy ±0.2°, suitable for stator winding leads and profiled conductive connectors.
Precision Fixed-Length Cutting
Servo punching or pneumatic cutting process delivers smooth cut ends without enamel tearing, with length accuracy ±0.2mm. Supports two unloading modes: automatic sliding to tray and simple gripper palletizing.
High-Efficiency Flexible Production
Full-coil input eliminates pre-cutting and transfer steps; physical stripping is chemical-free and eco-friendly. Program-based changeover takes only 3–5 minutes, 3–4s cycle for simple parts, one operator manages 4–6 units simultaneously.
