The BL-WG-2030S is a fully automatic automotive wire mesh forming machine developed for high-efficiency production of automotive seat frame mesh and welded wire assemblies. Designed for Φ2.0mm W-shaped steel wire and Φ3.0mm plastic-coated steel wire, it integrates automatic wire feeding, mesh forming, cutting, and finished product collection into one continuous production process. Featuring 28–34 servo-controlled axes, 30KW total power, and a robust 6000KG machine structure, it delivers outstanding forming accuracy, production efficiency, and long-term operational stability. The BL-WG-2030S is an ideal solution for manufacturing automotive seat frame mesh, welded wire structures, and other precision wire mesh components.
