BL-3D-61200 is a 6-axis CNC wire bending machine designed for complex three-dimensional forming of medium- and large-diameter wire. Supporting soft wire Φ5.0–12.0mm and hard wire Φ5.0–8.0mm, it integrates an additional internal rotation axis to perform more sophisticated bending operations with greater flexibility. Powered by a 17.5KW servo system and built on a robust 4500KG machine frame, it provides stable high-load production, accurate wire positioning, and excellent dimensional consistency. Core components adopt branded configurations including Japanese SANYO servo motors, Shangyin linear slide rails, NSK/IKO bearings and German Newcat lift reducers.
