Servo Cutting & Auxiliary Processing (Optional)
After bending, a servo shear or dedicated mold performs a clean, burr-free cut with a length precision of ±0.2mm. Optional front-end stations for wire stripping, punching, and chamfering can be seamlessly integrated.
Smart Discharging & Flexible Palletizing
Finished products are automatically output via conveyor belts. The system supports optional end-of-line robotic arms for automated sorting and stacking, significantly reducing manual handling and enabling a true unmanned production line.
