Automotive seat cushion wire spring bending
Project Overview
This dual‑head synchronized bending machine forms serpentine (S‑shaped) springs and end hooks in one cycle. CNC programming allows tool‑free changeover, suitable for continuous bending of 1–8m long rods. Custom‑designed for automotive seat frame wire – a direct replacement for imported equipment.
Ideal for rear‑seat wire frames, foaming support wires, double serpentine springs, and cushion support springs. Integrated processes: straightening → feeding → serpentine bending → cutting → end hook forming → automatic stacking.
Dual‑Station Pay‑off & X/Y Straightening
Servo active pay‑off (200–500kg) with non‑stop coil change and wire butt welder. 16–24 profiling rollers with groove design for φ1.5–8.0mm wire. Eliminates coil stress.
Servo Feeding with Encoder Compensation
3–4 synchronous feed rollers, max speed 50m/min, high precision positioning. Closed‑loop control ensures accurate cut length.
Dual‑Head / Rotary Serpentine Bending
Dual moving heads (for 1–8m long bars) or rotary head (for compact springs). CNC programmable for continuous S‑bends, asymmetric shapes and end hooks in one cycle.
Burr‑Free Cutting & End Hook Closing
Servo cutting with pre‑load eliminates burrs; length accuracy ±0.2mm. Integrated station forms closed, smooth end hooks without gap or misalignment.
CNC Program Changeover – Zero Tooling
Recall program parameters; no mechanical die change. Quick switch between different spring types. PC‑based control with Chinese/English HMI, remote diagnostics.
Output: 6–10 pcs/min & One Operator
Dual‑head design doubles speed for long serpentine springs. Japanese servo motors, German reducers, Taiwan bearings. 24/7 proven reliability – import replacement.
