Multi-Roller Straightening & Servo Feeding
Designed for φ6–φ13mm round steel, X/Y bi-directional multi-wheel straightening eliminates internal stress to ensure consistent straightness. 3 sets of feeding rollers are synchronously driven (15kW feeding motor) with high-precision servo closed-loop control, seamlessly linking with subsequent stations.
Full Servo Multi-Axis Bending
After heading, the wire is automatically retracted to the bending station. Equipped with 8+ full servo axes (3.5kW rotary arm motor, 2.0kW bending angle motor), it executes pre-programmed complex 2D and 3D bends in a single step.
Servo Fixed-Length Cutting & Smart Discharging
A servo cutter (1.5kW) performs precise cutting for solid parts. Finished products automatically drop or are collected by a robotic arm. Japanese Sanyo servo motors and a multi-axis industrial computer system support programmable storage and quick mold changes, allowing direct program recall for batch production without repeated debugging.
